I'm glad your loving your new shiny, its not that much bigger than a Tornado-T or C just fatter. For me it's easier to hold and I love the big clicky button! I want to give mine a digital camo paint job but in crazy colors, we'll see if I can get time to mess with that. I won't want to go with out it long enough to do it. LOL
I wasn't to cracked on dripping either but love dripping with this device, and yes it does have an awesome steel not aluminum drip tip. Just surfing around looking for a ming style tip I saw stainless steel tips just like the one on the Torpedo for 17 bucks each, so that will tell you that this kit is high quality all around.
You should be excited, you got what you wanted plus some extra you didn't even know you needed. It was kinda a splurge buy for me but I'm hooked too. Relax and Enjoy

OK, now that I have mine on order I will ask what part of NC are you in? I am north of Greensboro and would love to get together with NC vvapers to compare notes and toys. I am building the new Miss Wicked Rocket and would love to have some graphics input from others. [/b]

Are you dripping now orlasbats or do you still “hate and loathe dripping” ? It definitely makes it easier when you get a tip with a large hole, it amazes me with some supposed drip tips when they have a hole that is almost impossible to get a drip into.

I just bought one a few moments ago for $69.99, so I feel good about even though it dropped to 40% just after I clicked the button .. LOL would have paid full price after mulling it over for a week. I can't wait to get this one in and try it out. Hi all. Just got my Torpedo tonight and the batteries are still charging (I wonder how long they'll take?) Got it on the YoYo sale for 58.99, plus 2.99 shipping. Really can't believe how lucky I got, though I did have to stare at my computer screen for about 45 minutes to snag that price). But after a little over a year of vaping, I'm really looking forward to trying different voltages with my Boge 2.7 and 3.2 cartos. Hopefully I can find the sweet spots for my hardware/juice combinations without getting any burnt taste, if you catch my drift. But I'm really excited to have it, and I can't believe it actually comes with a user manual in readable English! Been a long time since I've gotten one of those.
Also, lovely packaging I must admit. Everything about it seems so well thought out.
Happy vaping to all!

I have gotten mine and have had it in operation for a week with the 3 mil tank. I will say that I have been playing with the voltage in an effort to find the sweet spot. I am hovering at 3.4 to 3.6 volts and this is great. first battery lasted into the 3rd day. I love this thing. With a CE3 or the 3 mil tank I am vaping a new way. I have not got time or the ability to drip at work and in the Rocket shop it is to much trouble so carts are my thing.

I don't know what day I posted this HA! But I love this guy! The torpedo. I named mine "tiny" I hate the size of this thing BUT it is comfortable to hold. And the performance.......man! What was I missing! It's funny, I just knew I'd never use it above 3.7 but I keep this guy somewhere in the 5's. I love this thing.
Now, if it were pink glitter with black bats painted on it.........ooh. A girl can dream.

orlasbats, I suppose you could wait 29 days for the warranty to fade and then head over to a crafts store and pick up some stencils and a model airbrush set. That would get you going towards that dream PV. -Canniscam

Definitely +1 on the warranty. That's why I bought it at TW. Well, one for me and one for a friend, actually. The YoYo pricing helped, too. A lot. How could I resist?
