About a day and a half (one 6ml tank as cyborg said) if I push it, but I prefer to swap batteries when I get in from work and when I go to bed so I've always got a good hit and don't get the fade out towards the end of the battery.

Click the little red button 7 times and it will display the power level, between 4.2 and 3.2 theoretically, but none of my four shows higher than 4.1 and I don't try to go below 3.5 because of the fall off in performance.
