Thanks for the links, Jason. Great news. No doubt, there will be other things to deal with down the road.  But this should cheer up every PV enthusiast on the planet.

Happy holidays, everyone.

P.S.  Does this mean us yanks might be able to get Nick's splendid DV liquid again?

Excellent Idea aMyP!  Cheesy That aside, I find it amazing that the majority of people here in the U.S. still think that the FDA has the public's best interests in mind. How many times have we seen commercials advertising various prescription medicines with a mile long disclaimer warning people that the drug can cause everything from organ failure to suicide and death! And these drugs have the all holy FDA approval  Huh. Hypocrites! The FDA is a corrupt money making scheme getting paid off by the big drug companies.

Basically the FDA want to regulate the e cigarettes, as they say it's a drug delivery system but as e cigarette manufactures and sellers don't say they are a smoking cessation device they keep losing their cases. There's a lot more to it all I just put the very very shortest version I could down. In my opinion it's all about the tax the governments will lose when more people switch to vaping that really bothers them, again it's just my opinion.

Look on the Dollar bill (any US bill) when ya get a chance...notice that "leafy substance" that surrounds the border? Ever stop to wonder exactly what plant that is? Tells ya all you need to know about the racket that's working against us...

Of course, that just falls right into the tin-foil hat category...Yeah...right.

And what's so very wrong about tin foil hats?

Actually I have to say how amazed I am that the tobacco industry hasn't come out all guns blazing, or jumped on the band wagon with their own product lines yet ...in all honesty I do believe that day will come.

That said though I suspect that legislation and control will come first at a government level, bringing with it a tax penalty to he user and prolly to the retailer as well, I suspect that at the moment Vaping is still in the grand scheme of things small enough to make this type of action nigh on impossible to police, and the cost of design, implementation and enforcement may well at this point out weigh possible revenue per annum

I wonder though in years to come when Vaping is the norm rather than the exception how today's tobacco giants will take it and what sort of arguments they will Be throwing around?

Just a thought?

I always thought the leaves on the dollar bill were the olive branches/laurel leaves and bay leaves. I've never seen tobacco leaves that look like those on the dollar bill.

Dunno, I have always understood it to be/been told it was tobacco as it's one of the original "Industries" that helped build America...economically at least. Now it's gonna nag at me all day...lol
