We were approached a couple of weeks ago and asked to support The Royal Engineers Band who were holding two charity concerts at the Brook Theatre in Chatham, Kent on the 26th & 27th November in support of Help For Heroes.
Please see comments from SGT Barnes below:
"A true success. Both nights went amazingly well and we have raised a rough amount of about 6000.00 pound for help for heroes. The mask looks fantastic in uniform I think you'll agree lol.
I send my heartfelt thanks once again for your donations in what has been an amazing joining of businesses and the forces to build what I can only describe as a 'team effort' to raise money for these incredibly brave soldiers that do what is simply described as the most dangerous and life threatening job in the world today. These guys do this with no fear for themselves even after sustaining such horrific injuries or even the ultimate price 'their lives'. Your help is now being spent in a way where these soldiers will be able to attend personal rehabilitation centres, 4 in total country wide.
Help for heroes has raised 118.000.000 pound so far and has in the region of 55-60.000 pound per day coming in from people like you. You can feel proud, the fact that you are part of this effort."
I have tried to upload the image of a gent in the wicked mask but the link seems to be broken....

Thanks
Louise
