To be fair not all of the Frasers video was shown, and single coil cartomizers have been discussed at development meetings. Also the Odyssey is not pitched at the enthusiasts that want the "Jonny 7" equivalent of a vaping stick. The concept was to bring to market a high quality simple device, made here in the UK by local business and prove it can be done at a price that can still remain competitive.

I think it fits the brief very well, cartomizers are cartomizers, their specifications can be changed pretty quickly. TW's next offering will no doubt tick some if not all the boxes the enthusiasts are looking for  Undecided

To be fair... It was only one review and the guy does appear to be more than a few rungs up the Hobby Engineer ladder, though I'm sure I'm not alone in noticing that on the TW staff vid reviews of the Odyssey that the presenters appear to be sucking very hard & long before exhaling. Though, early days & I look forward to seeing more (independent) reviews & hope my reservations are proved to be wrong Smiley

Cyborg,

So you ordered from the UK site then?

I would have but the US site credits don't carry over for some reason .. bummer.

Casey
Yes ordered from the UK site.
I have credit on my account but forgot all about it.
As soon as I seen it was on pre order I went buy now pay now.
Still the credit will get used on something no doubt.

The carto is the cheapest and most notably the REPLACEABLE part of the device so 3ohm ones will be avail and no doubt single coil LR and Standard ones could be made easily as well. Cost to you to get a new one;

£2.99

Cost of a device that lasts the test of time and looks superb;

Priceless

im going to wait a bit i think, i really want one, but as with most new things, its gonna have issues.
I was stung with the ego-c attys, they are aweful, and lifespan is pants.
Im now on dual coil cartos, and im loving these now.
No doubt ill get shinyitis at some point,,,,, just not yet
