We Cannot exchange or swap fluids once purchased

I just want to draw buyers attentions to a policy on fluid swapping or replacing once purchased.
Regarding a user buying a fluid then deciding its either too weak or too strong we cannot exchange for this reason. We also cannot refund once the fluid has been used or opened..
So in essence please try and do your best to choose a strength and flavour you believe to be right for yourselves.

if you order the wrong flavour and dont open the packaging than you can return to swap cant you?

Hiya raverminx, if there is any kind of error it's always worth contacting TW...... but if you get what you ordered, then probably not.

If it still has the safety seal on it I think they may take it back.... don't quote me on it though

I ordered 7 bottles of pineapple and received it. It did not have any plastic wrapping on it. However, a few days after using the first bottle I had previously ordered, decided I didn't like it as much as I thought. Contacted TW in USA and they said no problem exchanging them for another flavor. Because I was traveling over to the west coast of Florida, I took it to their office last week and they exchanged it right there (so I did not have the expense of shipping it).
I think TW customer service is the best!

Totally Wicked Nordic does not accept returns of e-liquids for another reason as well, and that is the classification as a controlled drug (nicotine) in Scandinavia, which implies that a drug is personal and cannot be exchanged or given to anyone. The laws are quite complicated. But e-liquids are "banned" from sale to consumers within the Scandinavian countries. Only private import from the UK is allowed. And UK only!
