they banned you....really?

i cancelled 5 or 6 yoyo's from my basket and still continued gaining a massive saving, well 3 to be honest

admittedly the site did run slow a few times and a few options disappeared, but with a refresh they were back

are you sure you had a ban and not just a slow internet connection and bad luck?

i would be surprised if you were banned i just cant see the sense in it

ive just the other thread and people were locked out, thats not good im sure its extended for this reason

It looks like it worked great until i went to buy some juice that was discounted and when i went to pay for it i could only seem to pay by credit card and couldnt see the paypal option so i cancelled it and got my account barred for 24 hours for cancelling a yoyo item and have missed it now. bit bloody harsh!
 Angry

Exact same thing happened here, Im sure the Paypal option was not available or I Missed it, Only the Credit card, It gave me option to cancel so I Did but then Banned for 24 Hours, I Did manage to get an order in but missed out on an SD Kit, Im very happy with TW But I Think banned for 24 Hours for something I Probably wasnt at fault for ?  Sad

Yes absolutely sure it displayed on my screen " your account has been barred for 24 hours for cancelling a yoyo item" (i wish i had got a screenshot) i am still unable to log in now.
And its not like i am new to how the site works i have never had problems ordering before.
Im really unhappy about it.
The order doesnt matter at all but being banned from buying is like a kick in the teeth. Sad

Hi all,

I'm a new member having just signed up to post my experiences with the yo-yo sale over the weekend.

I'm new to vaping only having started a few weeks ago and it was the first time I had seen anything like this .In total I had 7 goes. Four of them worked as they should have and I abandoned two of them  by choice (let the time run out and emptied the basket) and two I went through with as I was very satisfied with the discount I had achieved (averaging a little over 45% for the two). However, the other three times when I went to check out everything had reverted to full price. I'm satisfied I followed the instructions properly so can only assume there was some sort of glitch. I didn't lose out on discounts overall but it did mean I spent a lot more time on the site than I otherwise would have while I repeated the process. l also found the site to be very slow a lot of the time but that didn't surprise me as I'm sure a lot of people were using it. I had another strange occurrence on one occasion when I got the countdown clock even though I hadn't put anything in a basket. It meant I couldn't do anything till it ran its course but it only happened the once.

Overall it was an interesting way to shop. I parted with more money than I probably intended but got things at prices I never expected ...... I just hope I don't go off vaping before I've used everything up. Wink

Regards,

Fred

I made my first few orders not even knowing about the Twitter codes :-(....

But feel I have more than made up for that with the great yoyo discounts ....

Can't wait for the next one........ well, not too soon as I have more than enought stuff now and would like to at least make a dent in them before the next yoyo :-)
