Best hardware for testing mixes?

Hey guys. I've got a shopping basket full of new bits (plus some flavours) for creating my own mixes. However, I'm wondering what the best hardware would be for testing a mix? I only own a DCT at the moment, but would like something I can drip my liquid onto/into, just to give me a sense of what a mix would taste like. Obviously, a DCT probably isn't the best option for this...what do you guys use? Not wanting to spend too much as, like I said, I'll only be using it for testing purposes and will still use my DCT as my main vaporiser.
I do own some empty carts from another vendor...was thinking of just taking these apart, removing the wadding, and dripping directly onto the wick/heating element.
Thanks guys!

Hi riggs, and welcome to the forum.
I'd recommend getting a 510 atty (or maybe a 5 pack multi-pack?
) to use for DDing (oh, and a drip tip or two too
). That's about the best way to test mixes, IMHO.
Cheers,
Nick

I am using a C-atty with a blank tank, the one without a tank that comes with a new tornado tank atty I think...
Since the c-atty dont cling to flavours it is excellent to use.
Just drop 2-3 drops inside it, but the blank tank and vape :-)
When you want to try another flavour, just blow it out, vape until almost dry and add the other juice into it.
OK, I know it is not the very best for DD. But It works excellent because it dont cling to flavours long.

Thanks for the advice guys. Unfortunately, it seems as though the 510 attys are sold out at the moment :-(
@Knoton; Which ones are you talking about dude? Would these work -

If I just bought one of them, is there anything else I'd need and would it fit onto my Tornado-C battery ok?

No I mean this ones:
http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/products/tornado-ego-c-e-nic/5-x-tornado-ego-c-atomiser-head-regular-product.html
But you will need the cone and housing for it and TW does not sell them separate yet, will come soon though.
Today you need to get the full Tornado Ego-C Tank kit.

Ah ok. Think I'll leave it for the moment...I'm wanting to order tonight and take advantage of the discount code posted on Facebook! :-D
I'll crack open one of my old empty Skycig carts and use that for the time being.
Thanks for the suggestions though guys, much appreciated!

If you do eventually get a standard 510 atty & drip tip you could get a nice surprise & end up DDing because you like it.
