Hi all,

each time after purchasing and paying (paypal) , the 15 min count down (well what was left of it) remained on screen AND ACTIVE,so if I started buying i only had a period less than 15 min, Did a buy of something small (as a test) and yep after 12 mins it bounced me out and I had a clean start again.

next time after paying  I logged off and on and got a clean screen, something to do with paypal not doing a final close?

anyone else have anything similar happen.

Hiya terrier  Smiley
Yes, the same thing happened to me...
3 times. I paid with Paypal too.
Paypal now returns you to the site you were shopping on instead of letting you log out,
I don't know if that's the reason for the basket remaining active,
hope Mr Wicked picks this up.
I didn't log off, just lost a great deal on some juice, but hey, I got a better deal on it later.   Grin

I found the same thing happened, so had to change my IP address by rebooting the router - not all can do that I am aware (and is a plus point of now not having a static IP address) but that did reset the timer for me.

I deleted my cookies as well to be on the safe side - so couldn`t tell you if that had any effect in combination with the IP change, but did not by clearing cookies and logging out on it`s own.

Hi all,

happened again today, singing in and out, noj oy, shutting browser and opening then re signing in noy joy.

quickest way I found is based on the fact I am using 2 PCs, so signed out on one and in on the other.clock gone.

BTW just like on some  other forums I found that Chrome was doing strange things so reverted to IE

I think it was the IP address.
The same locked logo was showing on my desktop & laptop when I didn’t use the laptop to purchase anything, so my assumption was they use the same router therefore same IP.
