Thanks TW for another GREAT yoyo promotion!  I do not know any other vendor who has or would begin to offer their customers such generous discounts!  I don't know squat about Tweeting but I surely appreciate the 48% discount I got on my order.  Jason is by far the most progressive vendor in this business and continues to offer the greatest variety of quality products, most excellent customer service and I for one, will continue to buy, buy, buy from TW.  Again, thank you so much for the generous discounts.

I couldn't put it any better than Lou.

I personally won't buy anywhere else even though I've seen some great tube mods at another UK site.
If it ain't got the little red devil on it I haven't got the confidence to buy it.

Glad the yoyo was a success: I resisted the temptation on this one, having spent over £1,000 since the december yoyo started and then the tanks came out - I think I've got enough stuff to last me 'till Christmas Cheesy

I'd never heard of a yo-yo sale before discovering totally wicked's website, but I certainly hope they catch on! 48% is the best discount I've had anywhere!

Yea, that's some pretty sick discounting.  My wife has gotten discounts like that shopping for cloths and shoes, but I've never see one like that for the stuff I buy.

Hey Paul.

All you have to do is follow Mr_Wicked on Twitter.  He will put up random discount codes for a percentage off.  Enter the code given at check out and you will get the discount that was Tweeted.  The sale is a yo yo because it changes though out a sale day.(eg. could be at 50% for an hour then change to 25% then go to 60%. all at random times though out the day.)  You just buy when you feel like the discount is good enough for you, or you can try to wait till you think the discount is at its highest.  Sounds crazy but if you just follow Mr_Wicked on Twitter you will understand right away.

Good Luck! and keep your eyes on the Twitter Page for the next yo yo sale.

One doesn't necessarily have to follow Mr. Wicked on Twitter although that is where the last Yo-yo was being announced/run from.

There are a number of ways a Yo-yo sale can be run, it's just that for the first one, one found out what the current discount was during the checkout process.  That one ran for an entire month!

The second one, which just ended and was only intended to run for a day or two, the discounts were announced, with their related discount codes, on Twitter.

Twitter will likely be used again in the future but there are other ways Mr. Wicked could do it.

All that said though, Twitter does seem like the best place to go to find out the latest and greatest of happenings at TW but then again, that's what Twitter was pretty much designed to do in the first place.

Yes.   Grin

If you are subscribed to receive email notifications from TW on planned events, you will be notified that way.

Sometimes though, Mr. Wicked gets a bug up his bum and decides on the spur of the moment to do something wild and crasy.

Usually if he does something on the spur of the moment though, he is more likely to announce it on Twitter, which those of us who follow him on Twitter will likely relay in the forums here.

So it's up to you, check the forum often or subscribe to and follow Mr. Wicked's tweets or, just catch the main events via email notification.

I actually got an email notification about the last yo-yo.  Then I knew to check on Twitter.  Normally, I don't log in to Twitter without a reason.
