Totally Wicked are pleased to announce that the retail shop will now be open from 9:00 AM to 7:00PM every week day starting on Monday 25th July.
After listening to our customers requests, it has become apparent that longer opening hours are now a necessity to cater for those who work late.

Hi Tony, can you just clarify if these opening hours are still correct as I have been trying to phone the shop for the last 30 minutes and it just keeps ringing.
I was going to pop over to pick up some supplies but I'd like to know if it's open before I set off as 30 miles in rush hour on the motorway is not my idea of fun. Wouldn't want to have a wasted trip. The bit that's confusing me is, this post says til 19:00, the Shop & Vapour lounge section has the opening hours til 17:00 and the Contact Us section says 17:30.
I'm wondering which is actually correct. If someone can respond soon enough I may still be able to set off and get there tonight. If not, I'm not sure when the next time will be with me working (unless you'd consider weekend opening?).

Unfortunately the shop is not open until 5.30pm this week due to staff shortages.
Tony is away on holiday at the moment and is not back until next week. The shop will be open until 5.30pm as of Monday but for tonight it has now closed.
Weekend opening hours is definately something we will be doing in the very near future.

Thanks Alexandria, so the 7pm opening hours stopped? I wouldn't have been able to get there for 5:30 anyway.
Oh well, may need to take a day off work to get the chance to visit...at least until the Wigan shop opens anyway, lol.

I can almost feel the TW staff quivering in fear with the thought of having to open at the "other" 5:45 in the day  Heads up on the Blackburn shop though as it stays open until 6:00PM every week day and until 5:00PM on saturdays |
