Today I was driving through Florida so decided to visit the lounge and restock my dwindling reserve of attys and flavors, also wanted to try the new Clearomizers. Unfortunately when I got there, to my surprise, almost all what I wanted was not in stock (510 atty multi pack, Habanna Reserve, 510 CE2 Clearomizers, all available on the website), so I left with just a few attys and another flavor. The place is wonderful and the staff very friendly, a well stocked store would have just made my day.

That seems really strange Why are they available online and not in person? Did they give any explanation?

Do they distribute goods online from the same location in Florida, and does the stock update automatically on the website when it is released physically from the store front ?

Hi Fad. Now that you mention it I have to say that it didn't cross my mind that maybe the orders are filled in a backroom at the Lounge and some stock is reserved for regular customers that shop online (like me). Anyway, it would have made my life a lot easier to be able to get the stuff directly from the Lounge, I spend so much time away from home that when I order something it usually sits at my house for weeks before I can stop by and pick it up.

Does anyone know if you can place an order online and pick it up in store? I thought I read that you could do that, but I'm not positive.

That used to be the case, but I think they stopped it a few months ago.

I called the "Telephone Order Hotline" and talked to Dan, the Online Store and the Lounge are different entities and not at the same location. Anyway, I wonder if the stock supply policy has changed since this thread: http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/forum/us-vapers-lounge/vapor-lounge-question/

Well as you can see by the above thread something must have changed. Because the word that everything that was shown online was available from the store came straight from the owner in chat just before Halloween last year.
So if that policy has changed I don't recall reading anything about it. I would post the question in the Ask the TW Team forum and see if you get any reply

Calling the shop and getting an answer is not enough? LOL talk about beating a dead horse .... now where did I put that saddle. Two separate locations now guys .....mail order has moved to a building that can handle the ever growing numbers so they do not have to keep moving every 6 months.

Beating a dead horse?, I thought it was a legitimate concern... actually it would be very important information letting customers know that they will not find all the line of products at the Lounge; so someone like me doesn't drive his commercial truck 7 miles into town from I-75 for nothing.

Is a very legitimate concern.... and was answered by someone from the shop already. Starting another thread asking the same question over again as Horsemen suggested is well...... you know
From what I understand none of the retail locations current and future will have the full inventory the online site has. Way too much overhead to stock each shop.
If you saw what each and every product here and in every strength ... and the shelf space involved .... it's a very hard thing to get around... the sales would have to be way over the top to justify it. They seem to be sticking with products that can be easily moved, high demand, and not sit on the shelves too long.... liquids, flavorings, batteries all do not have a indefinite life span.... so if there in inventory too long it becomes an issue.
Now that the internet distribution is in a separate facility it's a different story now vs 6 months ago.

Just to address some of these older questions. When the Vapers lounge first opened the warehouse was in the same building. We have grown so much that we had to move it to a larger building. Carrying everything that is available on the website would fill the current lounge up to the rafters with stock and that just is not a feasible option obviously.
On ordering from the website and picking it up at the lounge, well since the warehouse and the lounge are 2 separate locations this is no longer possible.
I hope this helps clear some of the questions up. If you have any more by all means let us know.

I guess you could always just drive over to warehouse on 60th and pick up whatever you need. Darrell
