Minna/Pam (from ECF & TW forums) and her husband were planning to go to TW today. They're from VA...she was at one of our Suncoast Vapers meets (the one where we went to Tequila Beach for dinner). Dereck and I both told her we'd meet her there today so she and hubby (Brad) would have some company. Pam & Brad  Pam, Brad, Dereck, me  TW's Dustin & Brian  |

Great to see that Minna was able to make it back down to the lunge, I so badly want to come but as luck would have it - I am on duty tdy  Looks like everyone was having a good time  |

Sorry you had to work today. We had a nice time chatting and it was good to see her again and meeting her very nice hubby.
I mentioned our big Suncoast Vapers meet scheduled for June 10-11 next year. Pam just got a new motorcycle (the sleek kind with 3 wheels...I'm so envious)...she and her hubby talked about bringing the bikes down on the autotrain to Orlando and then riding them over for the weekend meet.

Ha! That was fast! It was great seeing you guys again! Capt, I'm really sorry you couldn't be there. I would have loved to see you and your wife again. Tell her I said 'hi' would you? Brad really enjoyed being there, too. It was nice talking with Justin, Brian and Dustin. Great time! Coming down with the bikes next year will be a hoot! Can't wait!  |

It's just great to see faces to go along with names! I think that's why I enjoy the video chat room here so much. Additionally the lounge looks very cool and I really want one of those shirts! Dereck has mentioned the Suncoast Vapers meet scheduled for June 10-11 next year to me more then once. Am I right in thinking that will be held about 30 minutes away from the lounge? It's looking more and more like I know what I'll be doing next June  |

:)Less than 30 minutes away. Plus, TW plans to be at the meet that weekend too.
We're going to be talking to a rep from the hotel on Sept 11 (right before our next vapers meet) to see about getting a block of rooms at a discounted price (keep fingers crossed for discount).

Talking about the lounge, my wife and I plan to be in FL over the new year period, probably something like the 28th Dec to the 7th Jan. I'd love to visit the lounge but I'd hate to come over and find it closed. Anyone got any idea of when it'll be open/closed over the holiday period?

I also hope to get a chance to hang with ya saintj, maybe I could convince ya to bring a shot of 1792 absinthe and I could try it out Would love to see the event grow in size and get to meet more of my forum family there in the future  |

As I said it's looking more and more like it. Now I have tossed in the idea of renting a mustang convertible (it's as age thing you see) to kick around in and see a bit of that part of Florida while I'm at it lol
