Keep June 10-11, 2011 in mind for a visit to FL. Suncoast Vapers is planning a BIG meet for that weekend, and Alix said that TW would be there. Plus, where we're meeting is about 20 minutes from TW. We're going to try to get a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Sunspree (St. Pete) at a good price. If you make it a vacation, this location is great. There's lots to do in St. Pete, it's close to Tampa (which has Busch Gardens), it's about an hour and half to Orlando/Disney. The hotel sits on the bay and has two swimming pools and rents various kinds of bikes (regular, recumbent) to ride around the area.
We had 50 people at our big bash in Brandon in July so we're thinking by planning and announcing ahead of time we'll have an even bigger turnout for next year.
