Warranty

This product is sold as a single use disposable item and is covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty.

This means, that from date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to ensure the goods are in good working order and report any faults.

If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer service team (info@totallywicked-eliquid.com or 1-888-761-9425) and we will arrange for a replacement. We may require the goods to be returned for further investigation.

Product Care

Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette cartomizer and atomizer devices, although made to the highest quality are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependant on usage.

	This product is not suitable for anybody under the age of 18, and not for use by non-smokers.

All nicotine cartridges and fluid must be kept in a safe place and away from children, as the amount of nicotine in a cartridge, if ingested by a small child could cause serious harm and medical assistance should be sought.
