The Odyssey™ Tank has been designed to minimize any unwanted addition to the flavor of your favorite e-liquid, and consequently contains a glass tube. Although this is made from borosilicate glass for maximum strength and heat resistance, it can, if subject to shock experienced through being dropped or similar ‘stressing’ result in non-guaranteed events including the shattering of the inner glass tube. In order to minimize the cost of recovering your treasured Odyssey™ tank function, we are able to offer a glass replacement service.
Odyssey™ Tank Repair Service
The Odyssey™ Tank repair service is available for any tanks where the metal components are undamaged, and includes the following:
• Disassembly of the tank and removal of shattered glass tube.
• Ultrasonic cleaning of all metal components
• Reassembly of the tank with replacement O-rings and glass tube.
• Vacuum test

To use this service, simply add this product/service to your basket and checkout via your chosen payment methods. You will be sent via normal means your payment confirmation and invoice. Place your broken tank in a suitable envelope and send via registered mail to the address below, along with your new order number and name. The tank will be recovered and returned to you via this return postage inclusive service within 14 days. We will send you an email to confirm return shipment and we will aim to have you up and running as soon as we possibly can.
